Career stories
I started working as a part-time cleaner for Four FM in 2017. I worked a few hours a week while studying, and after graduation, I got a permanent job at Four FM. At the moment, I’m a team leader for cleaning services in the Pirkanmaa region, and in addition to manual work, my tasks include sales, supervision, updating our social media channels and meetings with customers.
I started my career at Four FM in 2012 as the company’s very first employee. Back then I worked in reception services, and facility management in general was a new area for me. Since then, I’ve had several positions and job descriptions in the company, and as a result of various promotions, I now work as a key account manager. In this position, I get to support our customers with the service packages tailored for them. I have learnt a lot over the years, and I have become multitalented in facility management services. Right from the beginning, the company management and my colleagues have given me a lot of support and responsibility.
